  All products are handmade to order. Processing time is approximately 4–6 weeks before shipment.

  Because each item is handmade, slight variations in color, pattern, or finish may occur. These variations make each piece unique and are not considered defects.

  All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds except where required by applicable law or if you receive a damaged or incorrect item.
• 
  Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect information provided at checkout.
• 
  Shipping estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
• 
  Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for delivery rests with the shipping carrier. Tracking information will be provided when available.

  We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion and issue a full refund if we are unable to fulfill it.

  Product photos are provided to represent our handmade items as accurately as possible. Actual colors may vary slightly due to different screen settings.
